Return policy

We really hope you love any items purchased through Kidcadder, but if you’re not happy and would like to return an item:

Please do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

We only accept refunds on full price items; sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return:

Please email info@kidcadder.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue you with the next steps on how to return your items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Kidcadder reserves the right to reject return requests or returns of items that are in used condition or missing parts, including the original packaging.

If your item is not returned in the same condition and packaging in which you received it, please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund, and may be subject to a store credit refund.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the details to info@kidcadder.com and we will issue you with the next steps.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you're returning an item from outside of the USA, you are liable for any associated costs or taxes in getting the item back to us.
